All prices are subject 9% Sales Tax. Contract required for membership.
Membership Plans are full time. Members will not be allowed to place memberships on hold for any reason (with exception of verifiable medical leave of absence). All membership are an initial 12- month term and month to month thereafter. Either party may cancel the membership after the initial term with 30 day written notice.
